Shannon Garcia
Shannon Garcia is a proud Colorado Springs native and Coronado High School alum who brings passion, dedication, and a love for sports to her role as a Team Sales Representative at All American Sports. A former softball player and longtime coach for Team All American Fastpitch and Altitude Fastpitch, Shannon has been with the company for 4 years and is a familiar face to many teams in the community.

Leslie Fecteau
Leslie was born and raised in Colorado Springs and is a proud graduate of Sand Creek High School, Class of 1998. She attended the Colorado School of Mines from 2001 to 2003 before beginning her professional journey in finance and banking. After dedicating 15 years to raising her three children—Vega, Samantha, and Peter—as a stay-at-home mom, Leslie joined All American in August 2021.
An athlete at heart, Leslie competed in volleyball, basketball, and track—qualifying for the state track meet three times. She also played, coached, and supported softball and was co-captain of her high school wrestling team as a senior. Justin White
Justin has called Colorado Springs home since 1992 and is a proud alum of Widefield High School, where he played both football and basketball. With over a decade of experience at All American Sports, Justin brings a strong work ethic and a team-first attitude to everything he does.
