- Shipping & Delivery
At this time, All American Sports ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, All American Sports ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
BAT WARRANTIES: Our return policy is voided once the packaging is removed from your new bat. *Manufacturers are responsible for returns and exchanges of opened or used bats. *Please note: You must save your original receipt from your authorized dealer as proof of purchase. It is required to return a defective bat. Third party receipts, such as PayPal, Paypoint, etc. will not be accepted. Bats returned without proof of purchase may not be warranted. - Return Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with an item and wish to return or exchange it, please follow the instructions enclosed in your package or call us for details. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please complete the return form that came with your order. Credit will be issued within 14 days after the returned items are received. Credit will be given in the same form of payment that was used for the original purchase. Custom orders are not returnable. Defective or damaged goods require special handling so please call customer service for instructions. All defective bats must be returned directly to the manufacturer and you must have the original purchase receipt. Follow manufacturers instructions on returning bats.
